Chef Anthony Morris of Pennington near Leigh Lancashire was able to snatch a couple of hours fishing during his hectic Christmas and New Year engagements catching a brace of chub pushing 5lbs caught using 6lb line Avon action rod with a fixed spool reel, bait was bread crust on size 4 hook with 2 LG shot 6 inches from the hook.
